Lavinnia “Sunny” Mann

LaVinnia “Sunny” Mann, 87, of Fort Smith, passed away on Monday, November 24, 2025. She was born on July 29, 1938, in Upland, CA. She was a homemaker and the eldest sister to seven brothers. She graduated from Chaffey High School in Ontario, CA in 1957, she is a U.S. Army veteran and founded the Literacy Council of Western Arkansas. She was of the Christian Faith.

She is survived by her Husband, B.J., three sons, Lindsay (Marie), Richard (CJ) & Robert, two brothers, seven grand kids, seven great grand kids, and many nieces and nephews.

A private committal service will be at the Fort Smith National Cemetery with Military Honors.
