Rett Hatcher joins Gilmore Strategy Group
The consulting firm that handled Gov. Asa Hutchinson’s re-election bid has a new partner.
Gilmore Strategy Group, a full-service political consulting and lobbying firm based in Little Rock, announced the hiring of Rett Hatcher as a partner in the firm.
Hatcher has worked on Hutchinson’s staff, the Secretary of State’s office, and most recently at the Arkansas Teachers Retirement System. During his tenure on the governor’s staff, he worked on a wide array of legislative and budget issues.
Hatcher is a licensed attorney and CPA in the state of Arkansas. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith and his Juris Doctor from the William H Bowen School of Law in Little Rock.
As an appointee of Governor Asa Hutchinson to the State and Public School Life and Health Insurance Board, he worked to maintain an actuarially sound system while managing state OPEB liability. He is a founding board member of the Arkansas Association of Asian Businesses.
