Two of the three candidates for Arkansas Governor – Democrat Jared Henderson and Libertarian Mark West – squared off in a one-hour debate on Monday (Sept. 10) from 7-8 p.m. at KATV’s studios in downtown Little Rock.
Republican incumbent Gov. Asa Hutchinson declined to participate in the forum.
The two challengers competing for governor this fall discussed a variety of state and federal issues, ranging from education to economic development to infrastructure and healthcare.
KATV’s lead anchor Chris May, KFSM’s lead anchor Daren Bobb, and Talk Business & Politics Roby Brock asked questions and moderated the debate.
