One-fifth of Arkansans say Bill Clinton to have ‘Outstanding’ legacy

To mark the fifth year of the opening of the William Jefferson Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock, TalkBusiness.net included a question about the legacy of former President Bill Clinton in its recent poll.

Of the 600 Arkansans surveyed, 22% believe Clinton will have an “Outstanding” legacy. The two survey questions were:
