Broken Arrow Development LLC has completed acquisition on a multi-purpose plot of land, to build a new hospital for Broken Arrow and surrounding communities.
The property, located at the northwest corner of 161st and 61st Streets in Broken Arrow, will house a new hospital, as well as space for commercial development.
The medical facility, to be named St. John Broken Arrow, will be built and owned by Broken Arrow Medical Facility LLC and managed by St. John Health System.
Preliminary plans for St. John Broken Arrow include a five-story, 84-bed, general acute care hospital designed to provide a wide range of health care services, including obstetrics and gynecology, emergency care, general surgery and all-digital diagnostic imaging services.
Additionally, a medical office building will be constructed and connected to the hospital.
Broken Arrow Development will be exclusively represented by Walman Commercial Real Estate Services LLC in the development and leasing of the commercial tracts surrounding the medical complex.
Hospital construction is expected to begin early 2008, with completion planned for summer 2009.
Development of retail space and pads will begin immediately.
