Beau Terre Management Changes

Colliers Dickson Flake Partners is taking over management and leasing of Beau Terre Office Park in Bentonville.
The Bentonville firm that’s a subsidiary of Colliers International has been picking up market share at a rapid pace and will be managing a total of about 1.2 million SF of commercial space later this spring.
Beau Terre includes 382,083 SF of office space and many of its tenants are vendors for Wal-Mart Stores Inc. The property was part of one of the largest transactions in Arkansas when Dallas-based Behringer Harvard Funds purchased it for $55.9 million in 2004.
