Barber Starts Real Estate Firm

Brandon Barber established Barber Real Estate LLC as the new brokerage arm of The Barber Group of Fayetteville on April 1. The company will focus on commercial and residential sales of Barber’s in-house projects such as Bellafont, Promenade Pointe and the Legacy Building.
Former Dallas Real Estate Services Inc. agents Keri Barber, Brandon Barber’s wife, and Patsy Chance have moved to the new company. Chance will serve as the principal broker.
DRES will continue as before and moved offices on April 2 from Millsap Road to North College Avenue in Fayetteville, according to principal broker David Dallas.
Brandon Barber said he plans to use the Dallas firm’s services to a greater degree, especially its appraisal business.
“We have had a great relationship since we began working together in 2003, and I only see that continuing,” Brandon Barber said.
Cyndi Morse will remain the in-house commercial consultant for The Barber Group. Brandon Barber said he plans to begin recruiting agents for his new real estate firm immediately.
