Duo Detained for Drinking, Driving and Cross-Dressing
From the sheriff’s report in the Madison County Record of Huntsville:
“Officer Dominguez observed a vehicle in the parking lot at 412 Express that appeared to have been wrecked. The two front tires were destroyed and the front bumper was laying to the side. Officer Dominguez observed what appeared to be one Hispanic male and one Hispanic female. He also noticed a strong odor of intoxicants coming from the vehicle. He observed an open case of Corona beer in the backseat. Officer Dominguez separated the two. One subject told him they had a flat tire and the other said they had swerved to miss a deer. Juan Jose Moreno, originally from El Salvador and now living in Missouri, was charged with public intoxication and drinking in public. The other subject, dressed in a mini skirt with a wig, was Arturo Martinez Reyes, a male subject also living in Missouri and originally from Dallas, Texas. He is employed at a Fayetteville Mexican restaurant. Reyes had originally told Officer Dominguez that his name was James. He also admitted to having ‘one or two beers.’ He was charged with public intoxication and obstruction of government operations.”
