Maloney Marketing Makes Move to ?Green? Workweek
In an effort to conserve natural resources, Maloney Marketing Group of Cave Springs is allowing its employees to work four 10-hour days rather than the typical five 8-hour days.
“This change provides our employees the chance to make one less trip to the office,” said Mike Maloney, president of the company. “In the wake of climbing gas prices, this saves gas and money.”
Kinya Elenbarger, an art director with the firm, is one of two employees who have taken advantage of the change. Five MMG employees have stuck with the traditional five-day workweek.
