The cohort will officially begin in August and participate in a 14-week experience focused on six key growth domains: Leadership & Culture, Operational Effectiveness, Innovation Readiness, Financial Health, Digital Readiness, and Revenue Velocity. Participants will also engage in peer learning, leadership roundtables, one-on-one coaching, and strategic planning designed to help them scale with intention.
“For 10 cohorts, the 10X Growth Accelerator has helped Arkansas companies strengthen their operations, create jobs, and pursue meaningful growth,” said Clint O’Neal, executive director of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission. “We are proud to support programs like this that provide Arkansas-based businesses with the tools, resources, and connections needed to scale their businesses and contribute to our economy.”
Over the past decade, the 10X Growth Accelerator has become a catalyst for growth across Arkansas. Alumni companies have reported significant increases in revenue, expanded their teams, entered new markets, and strengthened their operations long after completing the program.
There are over 100 alumni companies including Teslar Software, Power Technology, Aptus Financial, Data Driven Partners, Inspire International, that continue to make an impact in their industries and communities.
