Griffin-Mardis Investments in Fort Smith on Oct. 18 got a $1.4 million loan from Community Bank of Fayetteville to build a new restaurant/convenience store in Rogers.

The Exxon/McDonald’s convenience store will be at 205 Hudson Rd., at the corner of Arkansas Highways 62 and 94. The property is 2.31 acres.
