Dipen and Nahal Shah bought the Ramada Inn at 1209 N. Walton Blvd. in Bentonville Oct. 5 for $3 million. They received $2.3 million in financing from Arkansas National Bank of Bentonville.
Rathin and Jetal Shaw of Salem, Va., helped secure the loan.
The 83,487-SF hotel, which occupies the 4.55-acre Tract 6 of the Dowell Addition to Bentonville, contains both Coys Place Restaurant and a swimming pool.
The property was appraised in 1999 for $2.5 million.
