Bentonville’s Courtyard by Marriot hotel at 1001 McLain Road in Bentonville was part of a $365 million refinancing by IMPAC SPE #1, the managing member of IMPAC Hotels I LLC of New York.
The 90-room unit in Bentonville occupies about a three-acre lot of the Beau Terre Office Park along U.S. Highway 71. The 47,900-SF hotel includes three stories of room space and an outdoor swimming pool.
IMPAC president Robert Flanders received the loan Sept. 29 from Morgan Stanley Services Funding Inc.
