Gary Gulley just missed the recent shakeup at Superior Federal Bank of Springdale.

He resigned as a loan originator there on July 30 both because his father became ill and to spend time preparing for his daughter’s wedding.

But Aug. 11, he joined Simmons First Mortgage of Fayetteville after hearing the bank had an opening because of Charlotte Williams’ departure to Metro Title Co. in Bentonville.

Gulley says he’s jazzed about returning to his hometown and having the opportunity to build a Fayetteville client base from a Fayetteville bank.
