Triangle Building Supply Inc. of Fayetteville refinanced its retail properties at 902 S. Eighth St. in Rogers and at 2127-2139 W. Sixth St. in Fayetteville.
The $600,000 loan from the Bank of Fayetteville was signed May 4 by company president Troy Parnell.
The Rogers property includes 9,000 SF and is the home of Sherwin Williams Paint Store. Castle Rentals, Thomas Jewelry and B&B Sales occupy the 22,000-SF Fayetteville property that’s located in Westwood Plaza. Westwood is in the Fayetteville Center subdivision.
Triangle’s properties are a combined 1.76 acres.
