John David Lindsey got an additional $535,000 from First Security Bank of Fayetteville to build homes in Bentonville’s Turnbridge Wells subdivision. That gives him 15 lots in block three of the development, including 10 in which he has an ownership stake through a holding company.
Lindsey’s homes will also be about 1,820 SF each, brick, three-bedroom and include master baths with whirlpools. The lots include Nos. 2, 13, 51, 55 and 78 and are roughly 9,600 SF total.
