Berkshire Sales Inc. of Springdale bought the 7,200-SF retail building at 4377 N. Thompson St. in Springdale with a $431,000 loan signed March 3 from Arkansas National Bank of Fayetteville.
The property, lot four of the Bassett Place North subdivision, includes 1.98 acres of real estate. Gary and Janice L. Berkshire signed for the loan.
Berkshire, a poultry sales company that represents local corporations to distributors, is leasing the building to Magnolia House Flea Market Inc. of Springdale. The Berkshires bought the property for $250,000 from Roger Larrison.
Larrison originally bought the property in April of 1991 for $46,000.
