Downtown Building Under New Ownership
Brian and Melissa Reindl, through their management company, Reindl Properties, bought Fayetteville’s Olde Warehouse building May 3 from the John Sugg Family Trust. The Reindls paid $900,000 for the 73,000-SF mixed-use building and 1.91 acres of real estate at 509 W. Spring St., located one block off Dickson Street and adjacent to the Walton Arts Center parking lot.
The building, home over the years to a number of businesses, including Campbell Soup, is currently 90 percent occupied but the Reindls are still seeking several tenants. The available spaces range from 500 to 2,000 SF.
Houndstooth Clothing Inc. of Fay-etteville has already leased the top floor of the three-story building, an 8,000-SF area.
The couple’s screen printing company, B. Unlimited Enterprises Inc., has been in the building for several years. They purchased it from the trust shared by Ann W. Sugg, Mary Helen Sugg Bassett, John G. Sugg, Edwin G. Sugg II and Mark C. Sugg.
