Play It Again Sam’s, the restaurant and bar at 318 W. Dickson St. in Fayetteville, sold Jan. 4 for $500,000 to James C. Huson and Teresa F. Huson of Goosewing LLC, parent company of Doe’s Eat Place in Little Rock.
Wyma and C.T. Pearson Jr. signed the warranty deed.
The Husons plan to put a Doe’s in the 3,000-SF building. They took out a $625,000 mortgage on the building Jan. 5 with the Bank of the Ozarks of Ozark.
Goosewing bought the building, furnishings and all of the restaurant equipment except for Sam’s computer system.
