Dr. Robert W. Weaver and Marlene W. Weaver of Gentry received a $600,000 construction mortgage Dec. 30 from First National Bank of Siloam Springs. The loan is for a new office building the Weavers plan to build at the corner of Arkansas Highways 12 and 59 in Gentry.

It includes lots 9-12 in block 20 and an interest in lot 13. Weaver, whose practice is managed by the Community Physicians Group, plans to move to the new 6,000-SF office building, which will include a red-bricked and white-pillared colonial design.

Thirteen doctors in Gentry, Siloam Springs, Kansas, Okla., and Westville, Okla., comprise the Community Physicians Group, which will continue to manager Weaver’s practice. The group is recruiting two additional doctors to work out of the new building.
