ARC Construction of Centerton took out six more construction mortgages worth $372,000 for lots at its Magnolia Crossing subdivision on U.S. Highway 62 west in Fayetteville.
Ralph O. Walker, ARC president, and Elizabeth Walker, secretary, have already developed most of the 146 lots that are about 7,700 SF each. The homes are all priced between $70,000 and $80,000 and have a minimum size requirement of 1,200 SF.
