A new office building in the Sunbridge Center in Fayetteville is being built with a $626,000 mortgage from the Bank of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
Keating Joint Venture received the mortgage July 21. The loan was signed by Dick Keating, who signed for himself and Thomas Keating, and Bill Keating, all as tenants-in-common.
Keating Enterprises bought the property Dec. 19 for $210,000 from Dr. Mae Nettleship. The property was deeded from Keating Enterprises to Keating Joint Venture on July 21.
Construction of the 12,000-SF building started last month and is scheduled for completion in October. Currently, there are eight buildings totaling 55,000 SF in the development.
