Aviation Company Secures Mortgage

Air America Aviation LLC of Springdale received a $650,000 mortgage Aug. 5 from McIlroy Bank & Trust of Fayetteville.
The loan was signed by J.H. McAlister and C.E. Irvin as members of the company. The loan is secured by 1.25 acres the company owns at 1200 Old Missouri Road in Springdale.
McAlister bought the property June 26, 1996, for $145,000 from State Vending Company Inc.
McAlister transferred ownership of the land to the company Feb. 6.
The company has two buildings on the land. The facilities include a 6,300-SF industrial building and a 2,990-SF service garage.
