Construction of new offices in Berryville for Ozark Guidance Center Inc. is being financed with a $500,000 mortgage from Community Bank of Fayetteville.
The mortgage was issued July 22 and signed by David Williams as CEO of Ozark Guidance Center. The loan is secured by 6.4 acres the center owns in Springdale.
The center has started construction of a 2,700-SF building in Berryville to replace its existing facility. Construction is scheduled for completion by late November. The center is building a similar facility in Siloam Springs.
In February, the center sold its former facility at 219 S. Thompson St. in Springdale to Roger, Judy, Stephen, Tammy, Rodney and Shari Israel for $175,000. That purchase was financed with a $175,000 mortgage from the Bank of Elkins.
