Lindsey & Associates Plans New Rogers Office

Lindsey & Associates Inc. of Fayetteville has bought 13.4 acres in Rogers and plans to build a new branch office.

Ozark Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Clinic Limited Profit Sharing Subtrust sold the property to J.E. Lindsey Family Limited Partnership for $2.2 million. The deed was signed by James F. Moore as trustee of the subtrust.

The purchase was financed with a $2 million mortgage from the subtrust. The loan was signed by James E. Lindsey as president of J. Edgar Lindsey Inc., a general partner in the limited partnership.

Lindsey & Associates plans to build a 15,000-SF office building on two acres of the land to house its Rogers operations. Construction is scheduled to start in about two months. The remaining land will be developed and sold or leased.

Currently, the company’s Rogers office is housed in two buildings totaling 7,500-SF at 3711 W. Walnut St. The new location is at the intersection of 40th and Walnut streets.
