The dental practice of Adair & Adair at 1616 Bella Vista Road in Bentonville was used to secure a $517,235 mortgage from the Bank of Bentonville on July 16.
The loan was signed by Dr. Edward F. Adair as president of the company and Dr. Robert E. Adair as secretary. Edward Adair has been a dentist in Bentonville for about 30 years. His son, Robert, joined the practice about two years ago.
The loan is secured by the 5,000-SF building where the doctors practice. The size of the building was doubled in 1992.
