he New Town Square at 115 N. Dixieland Road in Rogers was sold July 8 for $795,000.

B.O.W. Inc. sold the shopping center to Richard and Tina Fischer. The deed was signed by Ronald A. Buckman as president of B.O.W., Richard Werts as vice president, Ron O’Dell as treasurer and Anita Werts as secretary.

Fischer financed the purchase with a $1.68 million loan from the Bank of Bentonville. New Town Square is a 43,000-SF shopping center that was built in 1993 by B.O.W.
