Six convenience stores in Springdale were used March 12 to secure a $1.47 million mortgage from NationsBank. The loan was signed by Jim Yates as general partner of JEY Investments Ltd. of Texarkana, Texas.
The company owns 13 convenience stores in Benton and Washington counties. The company owns six E-Z Marts in Fayetteville, four E-Z Marts and two Spe-Dee Marts in Springdale and an E-Z Mart in West Fork.
