Bell International Inc. Finances New Facility

Bell International Inc. of Lowell received a $1.4 million mortgage from Springdale Bank & Trust on April 8.

Bell International and Bell Rental and Leasing Corp. secured the loan with its new facilities at 807 S. Bloomington St. in Lowell. The loan was signed by Michael Bell as president of both companies.

Bell built the 30,000-SF facility on 30 acres last year and moved into the building in December. The company sold its former facility at 2004 S. Thompson St. in Springdale in April. Walgreens which bought the land, plans to raze the 21,000-SF building and build a drugstore on the property.

Bell International sells and leases Navistar and Isuzu trucks. The company, which includes a paint and body shop, also services and repairs the trucks.
