Harold G. and Dorothy Schwartz of Paris received a $300,000 mortgage from Springdale Bank & Trust on May 8.
The loan, which is classified as a line of credit, is secured with a 15,450-SF building on 6.17 acres at 2308 S. Thompson St. in Springdale. The building formerly housed Springdale Dodge. Currently, the building is leased by Sweet Dreams Sleep Shop.
The land and building were appraised in 1995 for $1.1 million.
