William A. and Jennifer Thurman of Prairie Grove received two mortgages totaling $970,738 from the Bank of Fayetteville on May 7.
The loans are secured with 160 acres of agricultural land in Prairie Grove.
One mortgage was issued for $100,000 and the other for $870,738. Both are due July 6. The larger mortgage was tied to a March 27 note in the same amount.
The couple was released from a previous mortgage to AgriBank of St. Paul, Minn. on May 12.
