Agracel Commercial Space Fills

The Agracel Professional Park in Bentonville recently added two new tenants.
Jet Stream Lending, a commercial and residential mortgage broker, signed a lease for 2,000 SF. The Hayes Company Inc., a supplier of garden products to Wal-Mart Stores Inc., signed a lease for 1,200 SF.
Butch Gurganus of Colliers Dickson Flake Partners Inc. is the exclusive representative for Effingham, Ill.-based Agracel.
Terminix, Henry Architectural, FLS Transportation, The Computer Training Center, Esselte and World Color Packaging are other tenants in the 40,000 SF office park. Agracel is at about 45 percent capacity after being 100 percent vacant when Colliers took over the leasing in fall of 2005. Gurganus said leasing has picked up since a traffic light at SW I St. and Arkansas Highway 102 was installed last year.
