Beau Terre Adding to Development Again

Another office building is being built in the Beau Terre development in Bentonville.
Beau Terre Inc. received a $787,000 mortgage from the Bank of Bentonville on April 7 to finance the construction. The loan was signed by Colon Washburn as president of the company and Dana Washburn as vice president and secretary.
The building will be the 13th that the Washburns have built in the development. The couple received a $755,500 mortgage from the bank Feb. 23 to finance a 10,400-SF office building that currently is under construction.
Most of the space in the office buildings is leased to companies that sell their products to Wal-Mart Stores Inc. of Bentonville. The Washburns also own the Courtyard by Marriot hotel in the office park.
