Papa Re-Deux
By April, residents of Rogers will be able to enjoy the spring weather on the outdoor patio of a new Creole-style seafood restaurant.
Construction is scheduled to begin in October of the 6,900-SF restaurant in the Van Dyke Center at the intersection of Dixieland Road and Arkansas Highway 102. Plans include opening the restaurant by April.
We hear the the new eatery will be operated by a well-known Fayetteville restaurateur.
Architects and engineers for V.C.C. Inc. of Rogers, which will build the restaurant and lease it to the restaurant owner, are patterning the building after Papa Deaux’s, a popular Cajun-style restaurant in Dallas.
Plans include seating for 240 people and a 1,100-SF outdoor patio area.
