Ronnie and Becky Sherwood of Springdale bought Lowell’s Overland Square April 28 with a $960,000 loan from McIlroy Bank & Trust.
The 16,200-SF facility at 200 S. Bloomington St. in Lowell includes 10 units that are around 1,440 SF each and one split unit. Sherwood is still seeking tenants for four spaces. Current tenants include Daylight Donuts, a branch of Model Laundry and Cleaners of Rogers, Subway, Shelter Insurance and Sewing By Jo.
Sherwood later purchased an adjoining, 0.75-acre lot for overflow parking with a $77,000 loan from McIlroy. He may also build a 6,000-SF to 7,000-SF mixed-use facility on that property in the future.
