Little Rock real estate developers James A. Moses, Jim Nosari and Everett Tucker are building a 7,000-SF office complex for the General Services Administration of the United States government in Fayetteville’s Colt Square.
The facility at 179 E. Colt Drive is part of a 2.25-acre parcel the developers bought through their holding company, MNT Investments LLC. The $1.2 million financing was handled April 20 through Regions Bank of Little Rock.
The property consists of two parcels, one of which MNT is holding in case the GSA needs to expand.
Moses Nosari Tucker Real Estate Inc. at 201 E. Markham St. is a full-service, commercial real estate company. Construction in Fayetteville is expected to be completed within six months.
