Land Paves Way for Dobbs Expasion

Kent and Connie Dobbs, owners of Kent Dobbs Automotive Inc. of Springdale, purchased three acres adjacent to their car dealership at 3558 S. Thompson St. The $1.4 million expansion was made possible by financing through Simmons First Bank of Northwest Arkansas on April 21.
Dobbs, whose business includes both a Hyundai dealership and a used car lot, has already paved one of the additional acres, giving him three total under pavement. The remaining two acres will be used for further expansion.
The dealer exercised his option to purchase the three-acre property after leasing it for the past four years.
