The asking price on Puppy Creek Golf Course is $560,000.
The 12.67-acre parcel includes the nine-hole, lighted golf course on U.S. Highway 71 just south of U.S. Highway 412. The owners, Phil Daniel and Robert Carter, are already in the process of turning the property into Springdale’s first driving range. They apparently are hoping the 425-foot range will be easier to manager than a mini course that stays open from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Lindsey & Associates’ Gary Wilf is listing the property that includes two acres of commercial zoning. The rest is zoned for agricultural use.
