Insty-Building

Mike Andrews, owner of the Fay- etteville Insty-Prints franchise, plans to construct a 6,300-SF building just west of the Aldi’s store on Appleby Road in Fayetteville and move his business to that location.

The Insty-Prints store has been at 1717 N. College Ave. for almost 18 years. Andrews has owned it for four and a half years.

Andrews says he purchased the land last November for about $100,000. The building, which will cost about $400,000 to construct, should be completed by Dec. 1. About 2,000 SF of space in the building will be leased to another tenant. The rest will be used for the Insty-Prints business.

The split-phase building will be constructed by Architectural Contractors Inc.

Insty-Prints has about 250 locations nationwide. It’s the second-oldest business printing franchise in America.
