The Little Rock Technology Park announced several key leadership appointments and significant progress on its Phase II expansion, positioning the organization for its next chapter of growth.

The organization appointed Seth McRae as Executive Director and Michelle Royal as Marketing Coordinator and Venture Center Member Director, while Jessica Dearnley has been elected Chair of the Little Rock Technology Park Board of Directors.

McRae brings nearly a decade of experience leading commercial real estate operations, redevelopment projects, and strategic property management initiatives across central Arkansas. As a licensed Arkansas real estate broker and real property administrator, he has managed more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial property and overseen projects ranging from tenant improvements to multi-million-dollar capital investments.

As executive director, McRae will lead the organization’s vision of accelerating the growth of technology companies, entrepreneurs, and innovation-driven ventures in Arkansas while continuing to strengthen the Tech Park’s role as a catalyst for collaboration and economic development.

The organization announced that construction on Phase II continues to make significant progress. The Tech Park recently signed its first tenant for the new building and completed the front facade and lobby.

Phase II represents a major investment in Arkansas’s innovation economy and will significantly expand the Tech Park’s capacity to support entrepreneurs, technology companies, and emerging ventures. Housed in the historic Five Main Place building, the approximately 48,000-square-foot expansion is designed to create a premier destination for innovation and technology-driven growth in Arkansas, featuring flexible office space and collaborative amenities that support companies at every stage of growth.

“We are looking to identify an anchor tenant that will help shape the energy and vision of Phase II,” Jessica Dearnley said. “Our goal is to create a vibrant community where entrepreneurs, innovators, and technology-driven businesses can collaborate, grow, and help define the future of Arkansas’s innovation economy.”

Once complete, Phase II will provide additional space and resources to help technology-based companies start, scale, and succeed in Arkansas while reinforcing the Tech Park’s mission to drive entrepreneurship, job creation, and long-term economic development across the region.
