Centennial Bank, the banking subsidiary of holding company Home Bancshares, announced the appointment of Jeff Campbell as in-house corporate counsel.

Campbell is an experienced attorney licensed in Arkansas, bringing a diverse background in the legal and financial sectors, according to the bank. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2014.

Prior to joining Centennial Bank, Campbell served in public service roles, including as a deputy prosecuting attorney with the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office beginning in 2023, following 18 months as a public defender.

His legal experience also includes time in private practice in Little Rock, where he focused on estate planning, including wills and trusts.

In addition to his legal career, Campbell has experience in the financial industry. He previously held positions as a business manager at two of Arkansas’ leading automotive groups and has prior experience with Centennial Bank, where he worked as a loan review analyst and a teller.

“Jeff’s unique combination of legal expertise and hands-on financial industry experience makes him a strong addition to our team,” said John Allison, chairman of the Home Bancshares board of directors. “We are excited to welcome him back to Centennial Bank and look forward to the valuable perspective he will bring to our organization.”

Campbell is a native of Conway and graduated from Conway High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Central Arkansas.

“I am thrilled to be back at Centennial Bank and looking forward to assisting with the bank’s legal initiatives. I’m excited to support the team and contribute to the strong foundation already in place,” said Campbell.
