Jerry Inez Johnston

Jerry Inez Johnston, 80, of Van Buren, AR passed away peacefully on Friday November 28, 2025 in Fort Smith. She was born in Fort Worth, TX on August 14, 1945 to the late Warren and Inez (Setzler) Johnston. Jerry enjoyed watching NASCAR, listening to country music (especially George Strait), loved working at the Farmers Co-op where she enjoyed visiting with all the customers but most of all loved spending time with her great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Leah Metheny.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Page and husband Chris of Rudy; a sister, Georgia Blaylock and brother, Stanley Johnston both of Texas; three grandchildren, Alicia Hopkins (Will), Heather Davis and Colton Davis; four great-grandchildren, Kinsley Tucker, Hazely Tucker, Brooks Hopkins and Beckett Hopkins and her fur baby Lucy.

Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday December 3, 2025 at Ocker Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home, Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Will Hopkins, Chris Page, Colton Davis, Gary Robbins, David Coan and Stanley Johnston.

The family will visit with relatives and friends from 4-6 P.M. on Tuesday December 2, 2025 at the funeral home, 700 Jefferson St.
