Cliff devoted his entire life to serving his Lord. He was called into the ministry at a very tender age. He began preaching the word of God as an ordained Minister. He was highly respected by others. A man of God, a loving husband, and caring brother, with a huge heart for all. Cliff was multi-talented, a musician, a singer, and a songwriter that shared the love of God through gospel music. He sung in many gospel groups through the years with family and friends. He was proud of the work he accomplished while running a gospel radio program (Into the Word). This aired from a local broadcasting station, reaching and touching the hearts of many. He was retired from Tyson Foods, Inc. in Clarksville. His final journey in this life was hard but with his family of faith, the support and love of his caring wife, along with many prayers, it made his crossing easy.
The scripture that fulfilled in him was 2 Timothy 4:7-8; I have fought a good fight; I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
