Encore Bank names two new board members, moving HQ
Elizabeth Smiley Glasbrenner and Quinn Grovey have been named to the board of directors for Encore Bank, which is also moving its corporate headquarters to a larger space in Little Rock.
Glasbrenner is co-founder of Smiley Technologies, Inc. and serves as president and CEO. Her experience prior to Smiley Technologies includes both development and special events roles at Carolinas Healthcare Foundation, Children’s Miracle Network, and the National Sports Center for the Disabled in Winter Park, CO. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis with a double major in Marketing and Management.
Grovey is the Senior Director of Development for the Razorback Foundation at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. In his current role, Grovey is responsible for fundraising for the athletic department as well as the implementation and execution of Razorback Foundation special events. He is entering his 24th year as radio color analyst for the Arkansas Razorback Sports network where he brings a unique perspective as past quarterback for the Razorbacks. Grovey earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.

Encore Bank, which recapitalized last year under new leadership, announced it is moving to a new headquarters and opening a branch at 1801 Rahling Road in west Little Rock. The bank is located on Chenal Parkway and has a branch in the Heights in Little Rock.
