Thomas “Bubbie” King, 16 of Van Buren passed away Monday, June 23, 2025, at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock. Bub loved all of his sisters especially the youngest, Charliee Raelynn. It shouldn’t come shocking, but Bub is one of the biggest mommas boy you have ever met. But more than anything Bub loved attending church services on Wednesday nights with his friends. Bub thoroughly enjoyed kayaking with his family, fishing all the time, hanging out with his friends, listening to music and playing video games. When it came to it, there was never a dull moment or a quiet room. To know Thomas is to love Thomas. Bub was the person that when he loved he loved with his all. He will be greatly missed by those who knew him. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Thomas “Buddy” King; one Uncle Kelten King.

He is survived by his parents Amber King Etherson and Bryan Etherson both of Van Buren; four sisters Hailey, Alissa and Charliee King, Amaya Turney; Amber and Chris Moore were his bonus parents. Maternal grandmother Penny King; maternal grandfather Chuck Willis; paternal grandparents Joe and Kristy Etherson; aunts Kacie King, Roxanne Clouse, Beth Hayes, Amanda Riggins, Vanessa Taylor, Leslea Howland, Crystal Clouse; uncles Kyle Sylvester, Jimmy and Chris Clouse, Tommy Etherson; many, many cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 10AM, Saturday June 28, 2025, at Current Outreach Church in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Current Outreach Church, 2020 Dora Road Van Buren, Arkansas 72956.
