Dana Lynn Sanders

Dana Lynn Sanders, 62, of Ozark, Arkansas passed away on Friday, June 20, 2025 at her home. She was a former line worker at Whirlpool and a homemaker. She was born April 9, 1963 in Fort Smith to James Cletis Henry and Dianna (Day) Luper. She was preceded in death by both her parents.

Dana loved to read, water aerobics classes and watching crime shows. Family was very important to her, always worrying about and supporting Terry and the boys, and greatly looked forward to the big family reunion held every year.

Survivors include her husband of 18 years, Terry Sanders of the home; sons, Jacob Brown and Ethan Henry both of the home; sister, Raney Rose and husband Duane of Mulberry; brother, Clancy Henry and wife Amy of Ozark; brothers and sisters-in law, Rickie Sanders and wife Nancy of Mulberry, Frankie Sanders and wife Marvilla of Calico Rock; 18 nieces and nephews; numerous great nieces and great nephews; step-father, Herman Luper of Van Buren; step-siblings, Tammy Luper of Fort Smith, Ginger Spiller of Fayetteville and Curtis Luper of Northwest Arkansas.

Family will visit with friends on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 from 5:00 until 7:00PM at Ocker Funeral Home, 917 Hwy 64 E., Alma, AR 72921 with cremation to follow. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
