Patricia Ann Marks-Fashing, 50, of Fort Smith, passed away Monday, April 14, 2025. She was born May 24, 1974 in Fort Smith to the late Richard and Lillie Mae (Keithly) Marks. She had been an LPN for multiple nursing homes, and was working for Simmons Foods.
She is survived by her husband, Chris Fashing; a son, Zachary Fashing of Fort Smith; a sister, Rebecca Marks of Fort Smith; two brothers, Michael Marks and wife Pauline of Broken Arrow, and Larry Marks of South Carolina; a grandson, Alexander Jace Fashing; a special friend, Heather O’Brien, and long-time friend who was like a sister, Janice Allen.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Smith, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be Mike Jones, Chuck Bentley, Clifford Bentley, Zachary Chambers, Derrick Flynn, and A.J. Johnson.
The family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday, April 21, 2025, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
