Triangle Insurance Co., with headquarters in Enid, Okla., has completed a real estate purchase in Little Rock that will result in a new headquarters for its Arkansas operations.

Colliers International in Arkansas announced Tuesday (Sept. 17) that Triangle Insurance paid $1.4 million for a vacant commercial building at 5315 Highland Drive, just off Highway 10 in west Little Rock. Arvest Bank was the seller.

Triangle Insurance will renovate the 8,639-square-foot former bank branch. The new office is expected to open before the end of the year.

Brandon Rogers and Kevin Huchingson of Colliers International represented the seller in the transaction. Johnny Mitchum of Keller Williams represented the buyer.

“This purchase is a fantastic opportunity for Triangle Insurance Company,” Rogers said. “This location features great workspaces and easy access to most of Little Rock.”

Triangle Insurance, a subsidiary of Triangle Cooperative Service Co. (est. 1916), was founded in 1992 and serves the commercial agribusiness market.
