Tiny Fins, a Nixa, Mo.-based family-owned and operated swimming lessons provider, plans to open its first Arkansas location in Rogers by September.

The 5,500-square-foot location will be at 529 N. 46th St. Tiny Fins is investing about $800,000 into the new location that will feature two large heated pools, allowing for year-round swim instruction.

According to a news release, Tiny Fins specializes in survival swim instruction for infants and children.

“We are incredibly excited to bring our water safety mission to Rogers,” said Dalton Owens, business partner at Tiny Fins. “Our goal is to help children become safer and more confident in the water while giving families the skills and education they need to enjoy the water safely.”

The Rogers location will have about four full-time and up to 30 part-time employees once fully staffed. A waitlist for lessons is available online at tinyfins.com.

Founded in 2019 by Hayden and Ben Wooten, Tiny Fins has four Missouri locations, including in Bolivar, Jefferson City, Nixa and Springfield.
