Little Rock-based Crews & Associates has formed its first human resources department to be led by Andrew Marsh and assisted by Chey Reynolds. As human resources, Marsh and Reynolds will handle all requests related to the Family Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, human resource compliance, employee benefits and various other related responsibilities.
Marsh will serve as human resources manager. He was a human resource analyst for the Arkansas Department of Human Services. Prior to DHS, he worked in the Office of the Attorney General and the Arkansas Court of Appeals. A Pulaski Academy graduate, Marsh earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Arkansas and his J.D. degree from the University Of Arkansas William H. Bowen School Of Law. He has also served as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserves. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Arkansas Alumni Association and Fellowship Bible Church, and he serves as a board member of the Broadmoor Property Owners Association.
Reynolds, who is from El Dorado, Ark., will serve as human resources assistant. An El Dorado High School graduate, Reynolds earned the Bachelor of Arts degree in human services from Arkansas Baptist College. She serves as an officer on the board of trustees at Mt Olive Baptist church, and as an officer for Arkansas Baptist College National Alumni Association. She was previously human resources manager at Dow Building Services in North Little Rock, and she has more than 15 years of human resources experience.
